The October 2021 Visa Bulletin’s out, and it has only confirmed what everyone’s already expecting: The priority date for the U.S. E.B.-3 visa is STILL current! This means that an E.B.-3 visa applicant with ANY priority date will be able to proceed to the next step of the application, which is visa fee payment, therefore making the recruitment process faster than years ago. This has been the visa’s status in the past months, and it’s only right for nurses to take advantage of this. You never know when retrogression might hit again, so it’ll be safe to start working on your USRN application sooner than later!
