Last May 29 and 30, 2022, thousands of aspiring RNs have taken the Nursing Board Exam (NLE), the licensure exam that Filipino nurses have to take to be able to legally practice their profession in the Philippines. The Philippine Regulation Commission or the PRC is expected to release the results anytime within June 10 – 21, 2022, making this month a very important one for both Filipino nurses and all Filipinos. With these results, we’ll learn if the number of takers and passers have indeed increased versus last year. We’ll also know by how much the HCW overseas deployment cap will increase, as this is said to be largely influenced by the number of new nurses that will get licensed. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed and hope for a positive result!

QUALIFICATIONS
at least 2 years of post-license experience in a tertiary hospital with at least 100 beds
not more than 6 months of work gap
experience in JCI-accredited hospitals is an advantage
