Direct Hire U.S. Nursing 101: Our first face-to-face event!
Since the pandemic hit the whole community, our different aspects of life have changed. Due to the Government's strict lockdown, we had no choice but to follow and adapt the 'new normal' that includes a new way of learning and socializing with other people that has been done digitally. It is true that virtual events are way more convenient, simpler to organize, and cheaper, unlike face-to-face ones. You can save a lot by not having to pay for the venue, sound equipment, materials, and other things to consider in an in-person occurrence. On the other hand, in-person events provide real-time interaction and better communication that helps promote collaborative learning towards each individual.
Despite the necessity of adapting to online platforms complying with the 'new normal' - face-to-face events remain the best choice for institutions to build valuable relationships, communicate goals, and boost different opportunities. The interactions that go along naturally during face-to-face events are often deemed to be more credible, sincere, and effective than those done virtually. Although face-to-face events require a reasonable budget and extensive planning, conducting this type of event really helps you to connect with your audience smoothly and effectively while presenting and educating them.
Last March 3 Friday, we held our first-ever face-to-face event this year for our U.S. client - Visa Solutions Healthcare! We are honored to manage this informative and wonderful event for all aspiring U.S.RNs. We know there is a struggle to gather participants for a face-to-face event and not everyone is willing to attend considering they have an option to attend many orientations and events virtually. This is why we ensured that the event will be all worth it for our dear attendees to equate their given time and effort just to join us in this informative session.
Direct Hire U.S. Nursing 101 is a live orientation about direct hire USRN opportunities and on-the-spot pre-screening interviews and consultation straight from our U.S. client. We are grateful to have the undying support of our reputable partners which made this event even more worth attending. We would like to thank Rachell Allen, Tracker, and 9.0 Niner IELTS Review Center for helping our aspiring U.S.RNs the preparation and knowledge they need to achieve their American Dream! Most of all, thank you so much to those RNs and other healthcare professionals who joined us last Friday and made this event a memorable one.
We are excited to conduct many more face-to-face events to share with all of you! We may be used to events and orientations done virtually, but isn’t it more interesting to create friendship and establish connections while seeing actual faces? It may be possible to see each other on screens; but we can go beyond that and create memorable ones in-person while we take steps in achieving our USRN dream.
