No Work Experience? No Problem, If You’re Applying to this Germany Employer

Every employer has its own set of requirements when it comes to screening applicants for its various Staff Nurse vacancies. Saudi Arabia hospitals often prefer nurses who have already completed their Dataflow verification report or passed the Saudi Nurse Licensure Exam. Various NHS Trusts in the United Kingdom would rather interview nurses who have already acquired the required IELTS / OET scores. U.S.A. healthcare institutions typically want NCLEX passers from the very start, before they even proceed with any part of the application process.

No matter how unique their requirements may seem, one is very common among employers of all the countries that we serve: They want to screen nurses who have acquired some form of related work experience, ranging from at least 6 months up to 3 years. This is obviously beneficial to employers: When experienced nurses join their team, they are able to give their best performance since they’re already familiar with the work setting. But did you know that this is also beneficial to the nurses? They tend to adapt more easily to their new environment, a huge deal actually for anyone who’s aspiring to work abroad.

One of our employers, however, isn’t requiring this at all! Talent Solution GmbH is a Germany-based agency that’s looking for Filipino RNs--with experience or without--who would like to work in esteemed healthcare institutions in Germany. Talent Solution has wisely allowed this in their case because they know that there’s a much bigger hurdle that nurses would have to surpass for Germany: the German language exam. Based on their years of experience with the nurse recruitment process for Germany, they’ve learned that nurses who aren’t currently employed tend to pass the German language exam more frequently than those who are as they are able to focus on their German language review more. They’ve also learned that passing the German language exam is actually more difficult for nurses than acquiring some form of related work experience. Just as with anything else, it’s always better to surpass the more challenging requirement first.

If you are a nurse registered in the Philippines, we invite you to apply to Talent Solution’s Staff Nurse vacancies! Below are the job details.
